Problem
How can you generate a warning message to be displayed when sending emails to external recipients.
Environment
Solution
- Go to your Google Admin console.
- Go to Menu > Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > End User Access.
- Scroll to and click Warn for external recipients.
- Check or uncheck the box to turn warnings on or off.
- Click Save.
Note: Changes may take up to 24 hours to be visible, but usually they are reflected more quickly.
