Problem
When trying to access the Help Assistant to get a Support PIN to contact phone support the option is missing, and it only shows chat or email.

Solution
Phone support has been removed as a support channel. Whenever you need to reach our support, you can do it through the Help Assistant in your Admin console and select the option for chat or email.
Cause
Phone support has been removed as a support channel for Google Workspace accounts as of January 2022.
