Problem
By default you can create up to 500 dynamic groups per customer. Sometimes customers might need to create more than the limit of dynamic groups but they will get an error indicating that the user has exceeded the resource limit.

Solution
If dynamic groups creation limit needs to be increased, customers can contact Google Workspace support and provide their business reason that explains why this limit needs to be increased for their organization.
Cause
Dynamic Groups limit set up by default to a maximum of 500.
