How can you limit a Chromebook network bandwidth?

Solution
You can set your preferred network bandwidth speed by following these steps:
1. Go to your Admin console.
2. Go to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Device.
3. Choose the organizational unit where the Chromebooks are under.
4. Search for the Throttle device bandwidth policy and enable it.
5. Enter the bandwidth value for the download and upload speed in kbit.
