How to manage your users calendar events as an admin


As a Google Workspace super administrator you can access other users calendars in your organization to manage their events.


  • Calendar Web interface


To make changes to events in your user calendars you first need to subscribe to the calendar.  

1. Next to Other calendars click the + sign.
2. Select Subscribed to a calendar.
3. Enter the user emails you want to subscribe to or the Calendar ID.

Once you have subscribed to the calendar, it will be displayed under My Calendars, you can select it and start making changes to the events on that calendar


Super admins have privileges to access and manage events for other users inside the organization
