How to port in a Business number to Google Voice for Google Workspace.

Make sure that you do not cancel your existing service until Voice notifies you that the number port is complete. Gather the information needed from your current service provider such as; billing statement, list of the phone numbers that you are porting, PIN for number porting.

1. In the Admin Console, go to Menu or the three horizontal lines at the upper left corner of the page.
2. Navigate to Apps > Google Workspace > Google Voice.
3. Click Number porting.
4. At the top of the Number porting page, click Create port order.
5. In the Port name field, enter a name to identify your port request.
6. Next to the Country of service, click the down arrow and select your country or region and click continue.
7. Under Identify your primary contact, enter the name and phone number of the person to contact about this port request.
8. Under Enter port details, fill in the request form using a recent billing statement from your current service provider. 
9. Check the I authorize Google Voice box.
10. Click Continue and then enter the number you want to port in the Lust numbers section. 
11. In the Activation date field, click to open the calendar and choose when to activate the number and click Continue. 
12. Click Continue and Create Port Request. 

To review the status of the port request, go to the Number porting page. If there are problems with the request, the primary contact for the port request gets an email as well.
