Problem
How can you ensure that users inside your organization cannot recover their accounts by their own?
Environment
- Admin console
- Account Recovery
Solution
- Sign in to the Admin console.
- Navigate to Security > Authentication > Account Recovery.
- Click User account recovery.
- Check or uncheck the box Allow users and non-super admins to recover their account to turn the setting OFF / ON.
