Problem
You replaced the motherboard of a Chromebook and want to redeem the license.

Solution
- Identify the serial number of the device that was previously attached to the replaced motherboard.
- You can consult the technician who replaced the motherboard to get the serial number.
- Deprovision the device serial number in the Admin console using Same model replacement reason.
