Problem
How can you restore a permanently deleted email that was deleted recently by mistake?
Environment
- Admin console
- Email deleted within 25 days
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Navigate to Menu > Directory > Users.
- In the Users list, find the user.
- Select the date range for the data you want to restore, from within the last 25 days.
- Select the type of data you want to restore: Gmail.
- Click Restore.
