How to restore an automatically suspended user due to spamming


You receive a notification of a suspended user and there is no visual reference on why within the Admin console, the reason lands in an abuse limit that has been infringed such as spamming.


  • Admin console


  1. Log in to the Admin console.
  2. Navigate to Users.
  3. Click the name (not the box next to it) of the affected user.
  4. In the user page, click Reactivate.
  5. To confirm, click Reactivate.


The affected user was suspended due to sending spamming messages, which was determined to be not intentional.
