How can you restore or activate user?
Environment
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Go to Users.
- Click the name (not the box next to it) of the suspended user.
- Click Reactivate.
- Click Reactivate again in the pop up window comes up.
Cause
An administrator suspended a user manually.
