Problem
After you deleted a user, you notice that Chat messages were removed and are looking to recover the Chat history in Vault.

Solution
To use this option, a Workspace Enterprise Standard, Enterprise Plus or Business Plus is needed to feature Vault:
- Sign in to vault.google.com.
- Click Matters.
- If the matter you want to run the search query in exists, click it to open it. Otherwise, create a matter
- For the service, select Chat.
- Select the source data to search
- Select the entity to search.
