How to setup an android device as company owned

Problem

You want to use Company Owned devices setup for Android.

Log in to the Admin console.
Navigate to Menu > Devices > Mobile & endpoints > Company Owned inventory.
Click on the plus sign icon at the top.
Select the Android device type
- If not listed, it means the Google Workspace edition is not compatible.
Select the option to download the template.
Edit the file with the serial number of the devices.
Submit it on that same location.
Factory reset the device and set it up using the Google Workspace account during the setup.

Company owned for Android is not available for all Google Workspace editions.
