Problem
How can you suspend a user that has suspicious login?
Environment
- Admin Console
- Any Google Workspace subscription
Solution
Steps to suspend a user:
- Navigate to the Admin console and login with an Admin account.
- Go to Menu, Directory > Users.
- In the Users list, find the user.
- Hover over the user you want to suspend and click More options > Suspend user.
- To confirm, click Suspend.
