How to suspend a user with suspicious login

Problem

How can you suspend a user that has suspicious login?

Environment

  • Admin Console
  • Any Google Workspace subscription

Solution

  1. Log in to the Admin console.
  2. Enter an Admin account.
  3. Go to Menu > Directory > Users.
  4. In the Users list, find the user. 
  5. Hover over the user you want to suspend and click More options > Suspend user.
  6. To confirm, click Suspend.
