How to transfer Drive files without deleting the user

Problem
How can you transfer Google Drive data as an administrator, without deleting the user.
Environment
- Google Drive
- Admin console
Solution
You can use the Transfer ownership tool to transfer the user's Drive data, as described below:
- Go to your Admin console.
- Click Apps > Google Workspace > Drive and Docs > Transfer Ownership.
- Enter the email address of the user where you will be migrating from, under the From user field.
- Enter the email address of the user where you will be migrating to, under the To user field.
- Click Transfer files.
