How to turn Chrome spell check on and off

Problem

You want to be able to see Google Docs properly identifying spelling errors while on Incognito only through my ChromeOS device.

Environment

  • ChromeOS

Solution

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click Advanced > Languages.
  4. To the right of Spell check, turn it on or off.

Cause

Spelling check has not been enabled at a device's level for users in the organization.
