How to update user's email address

Problem

You are unable to find the option to update the user's email address.

Environment

Admin console
User and Organizational Level Management

Solution

You must log in to your Admin console to update the user's email address.

From the Admin console home page, go to Directory > Users.
In the User's list, please look for the specific user, hover over the user and click Update User.
Update the user's email address and save the changes.
