Data export is not available through the Admin Console for your organization. Please contact Support to request a data export.

- Data migration, import, and export
- At least 30 days old
- The last successful export was more than 30 days ago. (If an export failed, you can start one immediately)
- Have no other export in progress. (Only one export can run at a time)
The process of starting an export for accounts with over 1000 users requires specialized assistance, so please contact Google Workspace Support after ensuring that you meet all the criteria mentioned above.
