How to use Data Export for high user volume accounts

When trying to use the Data Export tool in the Admin console, you get the following error message:

Data export is not available through the Admin Console for your organization. Please contact Support to request a data export.

• Data migration, import, and export

As an admin, you must make sure your Google Workspace account meets the following criteria:

• At least 30 days old.
• The last successful export was more than 30 days ago. If an export failed, you can start another one immediately.
• Have no other export in progress, since only one export can run at a time.
• The admin account you are using to start the export must have 2-Step Verification enabled.

Note: The process of starting an export for accounts with over 1000 users requires specialized assistance, so please contact Google Workspace Support after ensuring that you meet all the criteria mentioned above.
