How to view the activity on your Google Docs

Problem
You are unable to see the list of viewers in the viewers section.
Environment
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Google Slides
Solution
When the list of viewers is too long, it can only be seen from the viewers trend section and this is an expected behavior.
- On your computer, open a file in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides.
- At the top, click Tools > Activity dashboard.
- On the left, click Viewer trend or Comment trend.
To filter activity by time frame:
- In the top right, click the down arrow.
- Choose a time frame.
Note: You must have edit access to a file to see the viewer and comment trends.

The list of viewers is too long to display.
