How to whitelist a domain to allow users to sign-in to managed Chromebooks

Problem
You get an error message when trying to sign in to Chromebooks saying you are not authorized.
Environment
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Navigate to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Devices.
- Select the organizational unit where devices are managed.
- Search for the policy Sign-in restriction.
- Add the affected domain/users to the allow list.
- Save changes.
Cause
The domain of the affected users is not yet in the safelist.
