Make a managed account primary on a managed Chromebook

Problem
The Google Workspace account is not the primary account on your managed Chromebook.
Environment
- Managed Chromebook
- Personal and managed profile added
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Navigate to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users and browsers.
- Select the OU where the user is listed.
- Scroll down to the User experience section and there you will see the Multiple sign-in access policy.
- Change it to Managed user must be the primary user (secondary users are allowed) and save the changes.
- Sign out from the Chromebook and remove the profile associated with your personal account.
- Sign in to your Google Workspace account profile and from there add the personal account.
Cause
The multiple sign in access policy is not set to Managed user must be the primary user (secondary users are allowed).
