Mobile devices not listed under the mobile devices

Problem
Devices are not showing under the Devices > Mobile devices section on the Admin console yet they are syncing.
Environment
Solution
- Log the Admin console .
- Navigate to Devices > Mobile and endpoints > Settings > Universal Settings.
- Click on General at the top.
- Click on Mobile management.
- Set it to Basic directly (affect all) or select Custom and then apply basic to the type of device you need to have a report on.
- Save the changes.
