Mobile devices not listed under the mobile devices


Devices are not showing under the Devices > Mobile devices section on the Admin console yet they are syncing.

  1. Log the Admin console .
  2. Navigate to Devices > Mobile and endpoints > Settings > Universal Settings.
  3. Click on General at the top.
  4. Click on Mobile management.
  5. Set it to Basic directly (affect all) or select Custom and then apply basic to the type of device you need to have a report on.
  6. Save the changes.
