Multi-Send function

Problem
Customer unable to use the Multi-Send function in Gmail.
Environment
Solution
Go to Gmail . At the top left, click Compose . From the toolbar at the bottom, click Turn multi-send mode on/off .
Cause
If the subscription is a Business Starter subscription, the multi-send function is not eligible.
