Problem
The printers are not generating any information in the printer's reports (Cups printing).
Environment
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Navigate to Devices > Chrome.
- Click Settings > Device.
- Look for the policy Report device print jobs.
- Enable that policy and save the changes.
