Profile picture not showing for external Google accounts

Problem
You are experiencing a problem with the profile picture not being visible for external accounts as expected since the picture was uploaded in the Admin console.
Environment
Solution
Go to your Google account page . Click on the left Personal info . Under Basic info > Photo . Upload your picture. Save your changes.
Cause
When you upload a picture in the Admin console it is only visible for internal users not external accounts.
