Problem
The admin wants to restore mails from two weeks ago, when DNS records were disabled until domains got renew.

Solution
Email permanently deleted can be restored from the Admin console.
If DNS records were disabled due to missing renewal for the domain. Mail service was not connected and the sender who have sent emails to that domain got a rejected message.
Therefore, the user can ask the senders to send the mails again for them to reach the inbox.
