Problem
What happens if you remove an app from your App list for mobile devices.

Solution
When you remove any managed app from your App list, it will be removed from the list and from the managed Play Store but will stay on the device though it will become Unmanaged. The same goes with iOS apps as well. The users can still download the app if they are allowed, but you cannot manage it.
