Repetitive 2-Step verification issue on Chromebooks

Problem
You are prompted to perform their 2-step verification each time they sign in to their device.
Environment
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Navigate to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Device.
- Scroll down to the tab Sign-in settings and look for the policy Sign-in screen.
- Configure it as Always show user names and photos.
Cause
Sign-in screen policy is configured as Never show user names and photos.
