You receive a service is not available error message when trying to access the Chrome Web Store using a managed account.

The Chrome Web Store has to be turned on for the OU where the affected user is located:
- Go to the Admin console and on the menu at the left click on Apps > Additional Google Services.
- Click on the Chrome Web Store service.
- Click on the Service Status.
- Select the user OU.
- Turn on the service and save the changes.
If the service is turned off, you cannot access the Chrome Web Store at all while syncing your managed account.
