Solution

As an administrator, you can add a recovery email address and phone number for administrators and users in your organization.

  1. Sign in to the Admin console.
  2. Go to Menu > Directory > Users.
  3. Click the user name > Security > Recovery information.
  4. Enter a recovery email address and phone number.
  5. Click Save.
