Setup URL blocking exception lists for Chrome devices

Problem

You are receiving the error field is not a valid URL when adding domains with wildcards * under the URL blocklist exceptions list.

Chrome OS and Chrome browser on the following platforms:
- Windows
- Mac
- Linux

You must add the naked domain to allow all requests for that domain, including their subdomains.

Wildcard * is not a supported function.
