Super admin account locked out due to forgotten number


You have lost access to the old number on the account. In adittion, you are unable to get the code which is being prompted when trying to sign in.

  1. You must review if one of the following options to verify is available:
  • SMS
  • Verification
  • Phone
  • Recovery email
If none of the options mentioned above is available:
  1. Go to Google Admin Console: Sign in Issues and submit an account recovery form.
  2. Once submitted, please reply to the new case number that you will get from the email address entered on the Email address where we can contact you section.
  3. Our Account Recovery team will reach out to you using the contact details you enter on the form and will also reply on the case email message.
