Problem
Not able to see groups in Google Groups.
Environment
- Google Groups
Solution
- Sign in the Admin console .
- Navigate to Apps > Google Workspace > Groups for Business > Service Status.
- Switch the service to ON.
Cause
Service was set to OFF.
