Problem

You are unable to log in to ChromeOS devices and get an error message: 
This account is not allowed to sign in within this network.

Environment

  • ChromeOS 

Solution

  1. Set the affected domain under Sign-in restriction on ChromeOS policies.
  2. Log in to the Admin console.
  3. Navigate to Devices > Chrome > Settings.
  4. Click on Devices and locate policy Sign-in restriction.
  5. Add the affected domain.
  6. Save changes.
