How can you turn the Tenor GIF on or off in Chat.

Solution
Go to Menu > Apps > Google Workspace > Google Chat.
Click GIFs.
To apply the setting to everyone, leave the top organizational unit selected. Otherwise, select a child organizational unit or a configuration group.
Under Allow users to browse and add GIFs using the Tenor GIF integration in Chat, select On or Off.
Click Save.
Note: If you turn the GIF picker off, users might still be able to include GIFs in their Chat messages by uploading GIF files or adding GIFs through apps.
