Unable to access a sign in to secondary account


You are unable to sign in to secondary accounts even though sign-in to multiple accounts is set to unrestricted.

  1. Set multiple profile sign-in policy ChromeOsMultiProfileUserBehavior as "primary-only" to Allow enterprise user to be primary multiprofile user only (Default behavior for enterprise-managed users).
  2. Check Device policy sign-in restriction DeviceUserAllowlist.


There may be an issue with the sign in restriction and the profile merging causing the users of not being able to sign in to other accounts.
