Unable to access all spam filter reports

Problem

You are unable to access all spam filter reports information due to your Google Workspace edition.

Environment

  • Admin console
  • Reports
  • Gmail
  • Spam Classification

Solution

  1. Log in to the Admin console.
  2. Navigate to Reporting > Reports > Apps Reports > Gmail.
  3. Scroll down until you see the Inbound email: spam filters.

Note: This feature is only available for Enterprise Plus edition.
