- Remove and re-add the account in the iPhone.
- Since the user is enrolled in 2SV, when re-adding the account, use an apps password instead of the regular password.
- To generate an apps password, go to: https://myaccount.google.com/u/2/apppasswords
- Confirm whether the user is using the latest version of the App which is deployed for iOS from the App Store.
- Ask the user to uninstall and reinstall with the latest version available from the App store.
