Troubleshoot issues with integrated Gmail
- Make sure Google Chat is turned on in Gmail.
- Check your Chat notification settings.
- On the web, make sure your browser is set to allow notifications.
- On mobile, turn on notifications in the Chat app. Then turn off notifications for the Chat app in your device settings.
