Unable to access Work profile on Apple devices


Your Apple devices are not able to access you work account. The following error messages are detected:
Device policy alert
Looks like your device isn't updated with the latest security policies. Please try again later.

To regain access to your work account, contact your organization's admin.

These errors are triggered whenever an Apple push certificate reaches it's expiration date or when it hasn't been configured.

  1. Log in to the Admin console.
  2. Navigate to Devices > Mobile & endpoints > Settings > iOS Settings > Apple certificates.
  3. Check the expiration date and if it is marked as expired continue to step 4.
  4. Set up an Apple push certificate
  5. If the certificate is not expired, contact support and provide your username, device SN and video of the issue.


As the apple certificate has reached the expiration date, the device policy app will not be able to authenticate the device.
