Unable to add more users in Google Workspace for Education trial

Problem

Unable to add users past the user cap while on the trial period for Google Workspace for Education.

Google Workspace for Education is on trial period and user cap is limited to 10 users.

This is expected behavior while on trial. Once the request for Google Workspace for Education is approved, the limits will be lifted.

Similar to the regular Google Workspace, organizations cannot add more users past the user capacity while on a trial period.
