Problem
While setting up a new Google Workspace account and attempt to create more than 50 users, an error message appears:
You have reached the 50 user limit for Google Workspace [current edition]. Please contact support to change this.

Solution
To increase the maximum user capacity, it is necessary to process a payment in advance equal to 50% of the new total amount of users. To process a manual payment:
- Access your Google Admin console.
- At your left-hand, go to Billing > Payment accounts.
- Click the account ID for your subscription.
- Under Your balance, click Pay Early or Make a Payment.
- On the Make a payment screen, select or add your payment method:
- To use the displayed payment method: Skip to step 7.
- To use a different existing payment method: Next to the displayed payment method, click the Down arrow and then select a different method.
- To add a new payment method: Next to the displayed payment method, click the Down arrow. Select the option to add a credit or debit card or a bank account (if available) and enter the required information.
- Specify how much you want to pay. There may be a minimum payment required.
- Click Make a payment.
- Make sure that the payment details are correct, then click Confirm > Got It.
- Once the payment has been made, contact Google Workspace Support to complete the process.
