Problem
You are ynable to change your account profile picture in the Admin console settings.
Environment
- Admin console
- User and Organization Level Management
Solution
- Go to your Admin console.
- Click on Menu > Directory > Directory settings.
- Click on Profile Editing > Allow users to edit > Save.
- Go to the Google Account page.
- Log in and change the profile picture.
Cause
Settings in the Admin console are not configured correctly and are preventing the user to change the account profile picture.
