Unable to create more users on nonprofits account

Problem

You are unable to create 2 or more users on Google Workspace for Nonprofits account.

Environment

Solution

  1. Go to Billing > Get more services.
  2. Under the best Google Workspace edition you choose, click on Start free trial.
  3. Click Start free trial.
  4. Select a payment plan:
    • Flexible Plan—No long-term commitment, pay for the users you have each month, and add or remove users as needed.
    • Annual Plan (Monthly Payment)—Requires a 1-year contract, pay monthly for users committed upfront, and add users as needed. You can increase the number of users in the users needed field. The Annual Plan is not available when you downgrade to a lower-level edition.
  5. Click CheckoutPlace Order.
Activate Google Workspace for Nonprofits:
  1. Go to Google for Nonprofits and sign in with your organization’s administrative account.
  2. Under Google Workspace for Nonprofits, click Get Started. You will be asked whether your nonprofit currently uses Google Workspace.
  3. You will be asked to share your domain so we can check the edition of Google Workspace you are using.
  4. We will show you the Google Workspace offer(s) your nonprofit domain is eligible for.
  5. Follow the steps and click Activate.
