Problem
When you compose a message from the Google Groups interface and customize the text size and color, the message is received with the default font size and color. Only bold and italic formats are kept.

Solution
Rich formatting is not available in Google Groups. It is expected that the text will change back to the default format when the message is received by the group, keeping only bold and italic format.
Workaround: Send emails directly to the group email address from the Gmail interface. Gmail will allow you to customize your text when sending emails to groups.
