Problem
When trying to delete items from one of your shared drives trash, you are not able to see the Delete forever or Empty trash option.

Solution
Review the permissions you have under the members of that shared drive. To delete items from a shared drive's trash, you need to have Manager access to that shared drive.
If you do not have Manager permission, you will not be able to delete items from the shared drive's trash. You need to contact the Shared Drive manager in order to do that.
