Unable to enroll an Android device to MDM

Problem
The Android device won't install the Android Device Policy app and bypass the enrollment.

- Android device
- Mobile device management
Solution
To resolve enrollment issue you make sure the following specifications are met.
- There is no third-party EMM provider.
- The Android management is set to Advanced.
- The Android device has the latest version for the Android OS, you can check this page.
- The device should be included in the list of certified Android devices for enterprise.
Cause
The Android device is not updated.
