Unable to enroll an Android device to MDM


The Android device won't install the Android Device Policy app and bypass the enrollment.

To resolve enrollment issue you make sure the following specifications are met. 
  1. There is no third-party EMM provider.
  2. The Android management is set to Advanced.
  3. The Android device has the latest version for the Android OS, you can check this page.
  4. The device should be included in the list of certified Android devices for enterprise.


The Android device is not updated.
