Unable to find the "Add work account" button


Google Credential Provider for Windows was successfully installed, but it doesn't show the Add work account button in the log in screen.


  • Windows


  1. Uninstall Google Credential Provider for Windows.
  2. Open the folder C:\Program Files\Google\.
  3. Delete the Credential Provider folder. 
  4. Uninstall Chrome.
  5. Reboot your computer.
  6. Download and install Chrome.
  7. Install Google Credential Provider for Windows.
  8. On the device, open Task Scheduler.
  9. In the Task Scheduler library, right-click GoogleUpdateTaskMachineUA.
  10. Click Run.
  11. Reboot the device.
